You know your child. We help you navigate the system.

IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, denials, accommodations, school meetings

The special education process runs on documents and deadlines most parents were never taught to read. You shouldn’t have to become an expert overnight just to get your child what they need. We help you understand what you already have, what may be missing, and what next steps actually make sense, so the pattern becomes clear and you walk in prepared.

However you’re most comfortable connecting: a call or just email, either way works for us

ONE-TIME CASE PROJECTS

Advocacy Prep, Case Organization & Record Review

One-time projects that turn a pile of records into a clear, usable case. Apart from the Single Record Review, every advocacy package below can include the same full set of companion documents — what changes between tiers is the depth, length, and amount of evidence behind each one, scaled to your case.

What your package can include

  • A Parent’s Guide — a plain-English orientation written so both parents can read it together without needing to know the special education system.
  • A Case Brief — the executive summary: the bottom line and key findings, up front, so you can see where things stand in five minutes.
  • A Complete Case Analysis — the deep dive: your child’s profile, the patterns across the record, the evidence, and verbatim quotes from the school’s own documents.
  • A Master Timeline & Evidence Index — an audit-ready chronology with reference tables, built to hand to an attorney, evaluator, or second-opinion advocate.
  • Strategic Options — the realistic paths forward, with what each requires, how long it takes, the likely outcome, the cost, and the tradeoffs — so the decision stays yours.
  • A Parent Advocacy Reference — the meeting-ready document: the specific evidence, the contradictions in the school’s record, the clinical scores, regulatory citations, and word-for-word scripts you can use in the room.

Single Record Review

$400

For one IEP, 504 plan, Prior Written Notice, evaluation, progress report, or school letter. You get written notes on what the document says, what it may be missing, and what to watch for — plus an optional 30-minute debrief call. For IEPs, this can include present levels, goals, services, accommodations, and whether the plan appears aligned with your child’s documented needs.

Starter Case Review

$750

For newer cases with a small set of records — say, one evaluation plus an IEP or 504, or a recent school decision with a few related emails. You get the full set of companion documents in their most streamlined form: a clear orientation, the key concerns, what looks missing or misaligned, a working timeline, next-step options, and the questions to bring to the school. The same documents as a larger case, scaled to a smaller record.

Foundational Advocacy Prep

$1,250

For a focused issue with more history behind it, or an upcoming meeting you want to walk into prepared. The companion documents go deeper — fuller organization of your records, a more developed timeline, a clearer analysis of the issue, strategic options, and meeting-ready advocacy notes you can use in the room.

Comprehensive Advocacy Prep

$2,400

For repeated concerns, a larger set of records, or a more involved IEP / 504 / CSE situation. The full package at greater length: broad record review, a detailed timeline, pattern identification across years, an evidence index, strategic options, and a developed advocacy reference — the kind of case file you can hand to a professional and have them understand it in minutes.

Complex Cases

Custom Quote

For multi-year, high-conflict, medically complex, repeated-denial, transition, or legal-escalation situations. The complete set of documents at full depth, like a case spanning several school years and dozens of records. Quoted individually after an initial record review, because the right scope only becomes clear once we’ve seen what you’re working with.
