Services

You know your child.
We know how to navigate the system.

Clear information. Thoughtful preparation.
Support from parents who understand.

The special education process runs on documents and deadlines most parents were never taught to read. You shouldn’t have to become an expert overnight just to get your child what they need.

We help you understand what you already have, what may be missing, and what next steps actually make sense—so the pattern becomes clear and you can move forward prepared.

Advocacy Prep, Case Organization & Record Review

One-Time Case Projects

The same thoughtful analysis, scaled to your case.

Every package includes the same careful, evidence-based review.

The difference between packages is the volume of records, the complexity of the case, and the time required to organize and analyze your child’s information—not the level of care you receive.

One record

Single Record Advocacy Review

$400

For one IEP, 504 plan, Prior Written Notice, evaluation, progress report, or school letter. You get written notes on what the document says, what it may be missing, and what to watch for—plus an optional 30-minute debrief call.

For IEPs, this can include present levels, goals, services, accommodations, and whether the plan appears aligned with your child’s documented needs.

Best for: Clarity on one IEP, 504, evaluation, or school letter.

Smaller or newer case

Starter Case Advocacy Review

$750

For newer cases with a small set of records: one evaluation plus an IEP or 504, or a recent school decision with a few related emails.

Your customized case package focuses on the most important information in the records you provide. It may include a working timeline, analysis of what appears missing or misaligned, practical next-step options, and questions to bring to the school.

Best for: Newer cases, getting organized, and seeing the big picture.

More history or preparation

Foundational Advocacy Prep

$1,250

For a focused issue with more history behind it, or an upcoming meeting you want to walk into prepared.

With more history to review, we build a more developed customized case package. Depending on your records and goals, it may include a fuller timeline, deeper issue analysis, organized supporting evidence, strategic options, and meeting-ready notes for conversations and correspondence with your child’s school.

Best for: Longer cases or preparation for an upcoming meeting.

Complex or multi-year case

Comprehensive Advocacy Prep

$2,400

For repeated concerns, a larger set of records, or a more involved IEP, 504, or CSE situation.

For a complex or multi-year case, we build an extensive customized case package around the full record. It may include detailed timelines, pattern and correlation analysis, issue summaries, evidence indexes, strategic options, trackers, and an organized case file you can share with another professional.

Best for: Multi-year, repeated-denial, or significantly complex cases.
