Client Services Agreement

Effective date: October 25, 2026

This is the Client Services Agreement referenced at checkout. Complete Case Analysis clients also acknowledge and sign it electronically on the intake form.

1. Who this agreement is between

This Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Raising Different Together (“RDT,” “we,” “us”), operated by Casey DeLeon-Pinola and Danielle Sitnick-Raja, and the parent or legal guardian who purchases the services (“you”).

It covers the services you purchase from RDT: Complete Case Analysis, Strategy Call, Quick Consult, monthly support, Report Update and Digital Binder, and meeting attendance arranged separately in writing. A Quick Consult does not require a Complete Case Analysis. RDT’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Educational and Advocacy Disclaimer also apply. If this Agreement and those pages conflict, this Agreement controls for your services.

2. What the Complete Case Analysis includes

We review the records you upload and give you a written case analysis for one child. It includes:

  • Plain-language explanations of your child’s evaluations, school reports, IEP or 504 plan, and relevant communications
  • Patterns, connections, discrepancies and gaps across the documents
  • References to the records that support each finding
  • A detailed chronology when it is relevant to a longer history
  • Up to 60 minutes total of follow-up clarification about your completed analysis through a scheduled follow-up call, written questions, or a combination of both. Clarification support is available for 14 calendar days following report delivery.

Additional services are available separately. The Complete Case Analysis does not include school meeting attendance, calls or written support beyond the included clarification allowance and 14-calendar-day period, contacting the school or district for you, drafting legal filings, ongoing strategy support, or review of newly submitted records after we confirm your file is complete.

We may decline or pause work that is outside this scope, requires a licensed professional, or that we cannot reasonably complete. If that happens before work begins, we will offer a refund.

3. We are parent advocates, not attorneys

RDT provides parent-to-parent educational advocacy support, record review and document organization. RDT is not a law firm. Casey and Danielle are not attorneys and do not represent you or your child.

  • No attorney-client relationship or legal privilege is created by this Agreement or our work.
  • Our analysis is educational information about your records. It is not legal, medical, psychological or licensed educational advice.
  • We do not tell you whether to file a complaint, request a hearing or bring a legal claim. If your situation may involve due process, an appeal, discrimination or another legal right, talk with a special education attorney promptly.
  • Our documents are written so you, or an attorney you hire, can use them.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Authority. You are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise legally allowed to share these records and request these services.
  • Records. You will upload complete, readable and relevant records and answer our reasonable questions. Our analysis is only as complete as what you give us.
  • Deadlines. You are responsible for watching every school, CSE, appeal, due process and legal deadline. We do not track or preserve deadlines for you. Do not wait for our analysis if a deadline is close; tell us right away and contact an attorney if needed.
  • Decisions. You make all decisions about your child and all communications with the school or district.

5. Timeline and communication

  • Delivery. We deliver your written analysis within one week after we confirm your intake and records are complete. The clock starts at that confirmation, not at payment. It is a good-faith estimate; incomplete records, new records or circumstances outside our control can extend it, and we will tell you if that happens.
  • Your main contact. One of us will be your case manager and main point of contact. Casey and Danielle may both work on your case.
  • How we communicate. We communicate by email. Replies are usually within 1 to 2 business days. We do not provide emergency or crisis services; if a child is in danger, call 911.
  • Inactivity. If we don’t receive the records or answers we need for 60 days, we may close your file and reopen it when you are ready, based on our availability.

6. Your records and privacy

  • Uploading. Use your private Dropbox upload link for records. Please don’t send IEPs, evaluations, medical records or student ID numbers by regular email.
  • Who sees them. Only Casey and Danielle access your records. We use them only to provide your services. We don’t sell them or share them with your school, district or anyone else without your written permission, unless the law requires it.
  • Your records stay yours. You give us permission to access, copy, organize and annotate them as needed to do the work.
  • Retention. We keep your records and our work product while you are a client and for 3 years after your last service with us, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner by email.
  • Stories and testimonials. We will never use your name, your child’s name or identifying case details publicly without your separate written permission.

7. Payment, refunds and add-ons

  • Fee. The founding client rate for the Complete Case Analysis is $550, paid in full at checkout through Stripe. This includes the clarification allowance described in section 2.
  • Refunds. You can get a full refund if you ask before you upload records and before we begin work. Once records are uploaded or work has started, the fee is nonrefundable because time has been reserved for your case. Email hello@raisingdifferenttogether.com to request a refund.
  • Strategy Call. $95 for one 45-minute call with your assigned case manager for planning, school concerns and next steps beyond the follow-up clarification included with the Complete Case Analysis. Available only to Complete Case Analysis clients, including while the analysis is in progress.
  • Quick Consult. $95 for one 45-minute call with Danielle or Casey. No case analysis is required. This may cover an urgent school situation; availability is based on the booking calendar.
  • Monthly Phone Support. $225 per month for 75 minutes of phone time plus quick email replies. Longer emails count against the 75-minute allowance.
  • Monthly Support. $325 per month for 120 minutes of calls and email combined.
  • Report Update. $195 per child for a one-time update when new records arrive. Work starts after the original report is delivered.
  • Digital Binder. $195 for records organized in Google Drive with consistent filenames, folders and a linked index. It can be purchased while the analysis is in progress.
  • Meeting attendance. IEP, CSE or 504 meeting attendance is considered case by case and arranged by email. Scope and fee are agreed separately in writing.
  • Support time. Monthly plans start on the purchase date. Calls book for 45 minutes. Emails about the analysis itself, including intake, uploads, scheduling and report delivery, do not count toward support time. A call attended by both founders counts once. We notify you when your allowance is used; you may purchase a one-time $95 call without changing your plan.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month from the purchase date until you cancel. Canceling stops future charges. There are no refunds or partial credits for the current month, and service continues through the end of the paid month. Unused support time carries forward while the plan remains paid and active and expires at the end of the final paid period.

8. Outcomes, liability and ending services

  • No guaranteed result. Outcomes depend on schools, agencies, evaluators and decision-makers we don’t control. We don’t guarantee eligibility, services, placement, reimbursement or any other result.
  • Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, RDT’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid RDT for the service the claim is about, and RDT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions made by schools or other third parties.
  • Ending services. You may end services at any time by email. We may end services for nonpayment, abusive conduct, a conflict, or if your needs are outside what we can appropriately provide. If we end services before delivering your analysis, we will refund any part of your fee for work not performed.
  • Governing law. New York law governs this Agreement. We both agree to try to resolve any disagreement in good faith by email first.

9. Signing

You accept this Agreement when you acknowledge it at checkout or on the applicable intake form. Complete Case Analysis clients also sign electronically at the end of the intake form. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature. Questions before you sign? Email hello@raisingdifferenttogether.com.
